Julia Rivas, whose son Moises Rivas worked at One World Trade Center, leaves Ground Zero with a bouquet of flowers on the eighth anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Friday, Sept. 11, 2009. Moises Rivas, 29, a chef at Windows on the World, the renowned restaurant at the top of the center's North Tower, was able to get a call out immediately following the attack. His step daughter, who took the call says he asked them not to worry that he was alright. Moises Rivas never called again. (Todd Heisler/The New York Times) 14072141
