(NYT52) NEW ORLEANS -- September 20, 2005 -- NEW-ORLEANS-STRIP-CLUB -- A dancer at the Deja Vu club in New Orleans collecting donations for hurricane relief, and tips, on Monday night, Sept. 19, 2005. The uneven electrical grid means that some streets in the Quarter have lights, and some do not. But even along Bourbon Street, where the electricity is back, only a handful of the famously gaudy signs were ablaze, most of them outside otherwise dark and empty storefronts.
