The international lifeline to save five million homeless victims of the Indian Ocean tsunami continued to gather strength on land, sea and air on Monday, as cargo-laden ships and planes converged on stricken coasts in Indonesia and other countries, and helicopters ferried food, water and medicines to desperate, isolated survivors.
