(NYT1) TAMPA, Fla. -- Feb. 25, 2005 -- BBA-YANKS-WANG -- Chien-ming Wang pitches during batting practice at Legends Field in Tampa, Friday, Feb. 25, 2005. Wang is the Yankees' first pitcher from Taiwan and, at age 25, is considered their top pitching prospect. He's still learning major league customs, though, as he proved this week. The Yankees make their pitchers run laps when they make a mistake, and to emphasize that they're all part of a team, they must pick two other pitchers to run with them. But Chien-ming mistakenly thought it was an honor and chose Randy Johnson to run with him. (Barton Silverman/The New York Times)
