(NYT32) NEW YORK -- October 22, 2003 -- NY-HARLEM-HOTEL -- The parking lot of a podiatry college, next to the Metro-North Railroad's stop at 125th Street and Park Avenue, will be the site of a Marriott Courtyard Hotel and office and retail complex, with more than 200 hotel rooms. The developers hope to break ground next spring on the $190 million project. There has not been a major hotel in Harlem since the Hotel Theresa closed in 1966.
