(NYT39) STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- Sept. 19, 2003 -- INTERNET-MUSIC -- When it comes to downloading music or movies off the Internet, students at Penn State University in State College, Pa., compare it to underage drinking on campus: illegal, but not immoral. Lucas Deichl, 20, a Penn State University junior from Basking Ridge, N.J., surfs the web on his wireless laptop computer in the Hetzel Union Building (HUB) on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2003 on campus. The HUB is wireless and the students have no need to dial up or plug into anything to get on the internet. (Pat Little/The New York Times) *LITE
