(NYT25) NEW YORK -- Aug. 12, 2002 -- IMCLONE-WAKSAL -- Samuel D. Waksal, center, the founder and former chief executive of ImClone, arrived Monday at the federal courthouse in Manhattan. He was arrested on June 12 in a federal insider-trading investigation. Waksal, pleaded not guilty to charges that he had tipped off relatives about the rejection of the company's cancer drug, Erbitux, leading to $10 million in stock sales by Waksal family members.
