(NYT40) NEW YORK -- Feb. 27, 2003 -- COMCAST-EARNINGS -- In its first financial report since it acquired AT&T's cable business, the Comcast Corporation said Thursday that it posted strong growth in fourth-quarter revenue and cash flow.
