(NYT23) UNITED NATIONS -- Jan. 29, 2003 -- IRAQ-U.N.-4 -- Chief United Nations weapons inspector Hans Blix as he arrived at the U.N. headquarters in New York, Wednesday Jan. 29, 2003. On Wednesday, the council will quiz chief inspectors Blix and Mohamed ElBaradei about elements of their report and their findings over 60 days of inspections in Iraq.
