Watchmakers working on timepieces in the factory of Edox Swiss Watches, which uses parts made by the Swatch Group, in Les Genevez, Switzerland, Nov. 29, 2011. Starting Jan. 1, the Swatch Group will begin to cut back, and possibly eventually end, its sales of inner workings to competitors to concentrate on producing watches with higher profit margins and to make sure it has enough supplies on hand for its own fast-growing high-end brands, including Omega, Tissot and Breguet.
