Nancy Silverton, the chef who owns Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria Mozza restaurants, works on cooking a breakfast of burrata, an Italian cheese, atop, bacon, escarole and shallots, at her home in Los Angeles, Oct. 19, 2011. Silverton, the founder of LaBrea Bakery, has just published her eighth cookbook, this one with recipes drawn from her two current restaurants.
