Windsor Castle in Windsor, Berkshire. Currently residents in the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead who hold a valid Advantage Card are able to get into Windsor Castle for free. From 1st January 2025, adult Windsor & Maidenhead Advantage Card holder residents will have to pay half the full ticket admission price (Ł35 on the day) to gain entry into Windsor Castle. Members of the public on Universal Credit and some other specific benefits from across the UK will, however, until 4th April 2025, be able to get an admission ticket for only Ł1. Many Windsor residents are said to be saddened and angry by the new admission charges being made by the Royal Collection Trust
