Irlandia Północna - Redux
Matthew Wiley. "I voted for Brexit, it's merely concerning sovereignty and I believe the European Union is costing far too much money. We're putting billions of pounds into it every year. And all the laws and regulations are not our own, it's time to break away from that. I've been following the negotiations, they very intense. Although I'm not terribly confident in the Prime Minister at the moment, she's saying one thing and doing something else, but we'll see what happens. I think the Irish government is scaremongering, threatening that there will be a return to the violence of The Troubles if hard borders are instituted. I'm not happy with the proposal to keep Northern Ireland in the EU. I voted for Brexit because I would like to see it leave. We're part of the UK. 17 and a half million people voted, UK-wide including Northern Ireland, we should abide by the result." Photographed in The Fountain, a Unionist walled-off enclave in Londonderry, which Irish nationalists refer to as Derry.
