Croatia, Osijek, 10 November 2017 36 year old Luka with ???Center For Providing Services In The Community??? Director Ladislav Lamza. Luka???s brain was damaged when he had a high fever as a three year old. He was given over to the state by his parents when he was seven and has been in care since. He was sent to ???Center For Providing Services In The Community??? in Osijek, Croatia. He never adjusted to life in the situation. Eight times he ran through glass windows or doors either chasing staff with bricks or being chased him self. Often, when the Director was not present, staff would tie him to the bed. As part of a program led by the director of the ???Center For Providing Services In The Community??? in Osijek, Ladislav Lamza, to move beneficiaries into the community, he moved into a house with other beneficiaries in 2014.
