The bulls roaming the streets of India RAKABGANJ, INDIA, SHOCKING FOOTAGE shows the moment an out-of-control bull trampled a girl on the street.
Footage shows the bull on a rampage in the streets of India, first attacking a woman who it hurled to the ground and trampled before she was pulled away by a heroic male, who was himself gored by the angry beast.
It is reported it went on to hurl a young boy and has so far left 12 injured in its wake.
Information regarding the bull attacks were given to the municipal corporation but no action was taken by the municipal corporation. According to local reports, after the incident the bull was taken into a shelter.
“A viral CCTV footage from Lucknow's Rakabganj area shows a stray bull attacking people, leaving around 12 injured,” state local reports.
“The footage captures a black bull chasing a girl, knocking her down with its horns, and trampling her.
“A boy who tried to save her was also attacked and thrown into a drain by the bull but managed to escape.
“Although a stray bull was present, it did not attack anyone. The bull continued to charge at passersby, causing panic.
“Locals promptly informed the municipal corporation, leading to the cow's capture. The Animal Welfare Officer confirmed that the bull had been sent to the Kanha Upvan shelter.
“Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav criticised the government on Twitter, pointing out the inefficacy of efforts to manage stray animals in the capital.”
