On the 2nd anniversary of the liberation of Buchenwald Concentration Camp, April. 11, 1947, 31 of it's guards and officials appear on trial at Dachau, Germany, charged with crimes against humanity. Among the defendents is Prince Josias Zu Waldeck-Pyrmont, front row, left, a pioneer of the Nazi party. He is believed to be the first German Royal to face a war-crimes court.
