(NYT74) NEW YORK -- July 18, 2007 -- NY-EXPLOSION-6 -- Buses and cars damaged after a steam explosion tore through a Manhattan street near Grand Central Terminal, Wednesday, July 18, 2007. The explosion which occured during the evening rush hour sent residents running for cover amid a plume of steam and debris.
