(NYT79) CHESHIRE, Ct. -- July 30, 2007 -- CT-FAMILY-SLAY-SUSPECT -- Joshua Komisarjevsky's last known address is a pre-Revolutionary house where his father, Benedict, lives, in Cheshire, Conn., pictured July 25, 2007. Having committed a string of brazen nighttime burglaries by the age of 22, Joshua Komisarjevsky was facing serious time in a state penitentiary when he stood before Judge James M. Bentivegna in late 2002, with his parents, girlfriend and 9-month-old daughter in the gallery. Komisarjevsky could now face the death penalty in last week's brutal home invasion in Cheshire.
