(NYT62) WASHINGTON -- February 9, 2007 -- 23-ONLINE-ADS -- Courtney Stecker being filmed for an advertisement for the upcoming movie "The Number 23" shot at Rhino Bar and Pumphouse February 9, 2007 in Washington. New Line Cinema, the film's producer, sponsored the ads, which were supposed to be beamed live from the Rhino Bar & Pumphouse in the Georgetown area. The streaming process, however, encountered delays and it took 45 minutes or more for the ads to appear online at first. An hour later, the videos seemed to be running more quickly.
