(NYT28) LAKE GEORGE, N.Y. -- Oct. 4, 2005 -- NY-BOAT-CAPSIZE-4 -- James Quirk, owner of the boat that capsized Sunday, killing 20 elderly tourists, leaves after a meeting with investigators in Lake George, N.Y., on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2005.
