(NYT83) SEOUL, South Korea -- June 23, 2004 -- IRAQ-BEHEADING-5 -- Shin Young Ja, left, and Kim Jong Kyu, right, the parents of Kim Sun-il, a 33-year-old South Korean working for a supply company in Iraq, who was beheaded by Islamist captors in Iraq, being comforted by a relative in the emergency room of the Busan Medical Center in Seoul, South Korea, June 23, 2004, as Kim's mother Shin Young Ga, was rushed to the hospital after feeling faint. The captors beheaded Kim Sun-Il after Seoul refused to meet their demand to cancel its deployment of 3,000 troops to the war-torn nation.
