(NYT12) NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- Oct. 2, 2003 -- RITUALS-BIRDING-3 -- In the next few weeks, numerous species of hawks and other raptors, including kestrels, peregrine falcons, ospreys, and broad-winged hawks, will be migrating through the Northeast on their way to the southeastern US and Central America.
