(NYT23) WASHINGTON -- Aug. 23, 2003 -- DC-MARCH-63-REVIEW-3 -- As people pause to remember the historic civil rights march on Washington on Aug. 28, 1963, there are thousands of stories left to tell. They are stories of the small changes and revelations that took place in individual lives as a result of participation that day, stories that, as well as any poignant speech, highlight how far the nation has come; and has yet to go.
