(NYT41) NEW YORK -- Aug. 28, 2002 -- WORLDCOM-INDICT -- Federal prosecutors indicted two former WorldCom executives on Wednesday on charges they took part in a scheme to hide billions of dollars in losses that resulted in the company's recent financial collapse and the largest bankruptcy filing in U.S. history.
