(NYT9) CAMARILLO, Calif. -- Aug. 21, 2002 -- CIR-TEEN-DRIVERS-2 -- Larry Selditz, president of Road Safety International, holds his company's on-board computer, which monitors the driving habits of teenagers. The black box is being marketed to parents. The devices not only track how fast they go, how hard they turn and how fast they stop -- information that parents can review later -- but they also emit loud beeps when the driving gets out of hand.
