(NYT5) NEW YORK -- Aug. 16, 2002 -- Adv. for Sun., Aug. 18 -- WALL-ST-BARS -- In the past few months, young arty types have been spending more of their leisure hours frolicking in the financial district in lower Manhattan. Some people have leased spaces with below market rents to open nightclubs and art galleries. Since "Drunk Love'' started its run last June it's become a must stop on the alternative party circuit. "The East Village has turned into Wall Street, so now Wall Street is becoming like the East Village,'' explained a deejay at "Drunk Love,'' the party held every Friday at the John St. Bar on John Street.
