(NYT64) NEW YORK -- Feb. 11, 2003 -- NY-DOG-SHOW-2 -- The 127th annual Westminster Kennel Club show, the most prestigious event in the American dog world, ended Tuesday night, Feb. 11, 2003, at Madison Square Garden in Manhattan with the selection of the best in show. But first, there were eight hours of breed judging during the day and the group judging of the final three groups at night. A trainer put Ch.
