(NYT14) SANA, Yemen -- Jan. 11, 2003 -- TERROR-GERMANY -- The German authorities arrested two Yemeni men in Frankfurt on Friday, Jan. 10, 2003, one of whom is suspected of being a fund-raiser for al-Qaida. The main suspect was identified as Sheik Muhammad Ali Hassan al-Mouyad, about 60 years old, and a man of some prominence in Yemen. He is the imam at a mosque in the south of the capital, Sana, and runs a sizable charity, providing food, clothing, education and medical care to the poor.
