(NYT5) GULF OF MEXICO -- Jan. 27, 2003 -- SCI-GULF-SHIPWRECK-3 -- Marine archaeologists with Texas A&M University are trying to find out the history (and even the name) of a ship, seen in video from a remote vehicle. The ship sank off in the Gulf of Mexico not far from the mouth of the Mississippi. But so far, all they have experienced is "bad voodoo" in efforts to learn anything about it.
