(NYT2) JERUSALEM -- Nov. 21, 2002 -- MIDEAST-2 -- Adi,13, center, is comforted by a rescue worker after a suicide bombing of a bus in Jerusalem, Thursday, Nov. 21, 2002. Adi escaped physically unharmed from the bombing but was in shock and later hospitalized. A suicide bomber set off a powerful explosive on the bus crowded with high school students and soldiers, killing 11 passengers and wounding dozens, the Israeli police and rescue workers said. Two girls aged 14 and 13 and an 8-year-old boy were among those killed in the bombing, which left at least 49 wounded. Hospital officials said half those wounded were under 18.
