(NYT22) UNDATED -- Nov. 14, 2002 -- FURIOUS-CAR-ACCESSORIES -- Universal Studios is shooting a sequel to "The Fast and the Furious,'' the 2000 movie about young Californians who soup up their imported Japanese-made cars for illegal street racing, which grossed $206 million and became the top-selling DVD of 2001. But the studio isn't waiting until the sequel's release to find new ways to make money. It is licensing the name for car accessories. A new Genera replacement tail-light for a 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer.
