David Neff, left, president and co-owner of the boutique clothier Trillion on Worth Avenue, chatting with one of the master tailors in Palm Beach, April 4, 2009. Many regular customers haven't been seen in Trillion since the Madoff fraud was revealed in December including, of course, Madoff himself. The last time he was there, he fell for a $2,000 pair of worsted spun cashmere trousers, which Trillion didn't have in his size. They were be ordered from Italy, but before Mr. Madoff could come by for a fitting, he was arrested. (Maggie Steber/The New York Times)
