A 50 acre farm growing ???Chinese??? vegetables and raising some pigs. Their customers are almost entirely the Chinese population in Zambia. Hu Herong (65) bought his first farm in Zambia in 2003. He first came to Zambia in 1990 as a cook for the Chinese Medical Co-operation Team. Now three generations of his family live in Zambia many of whom are involved on the farm (he has 4 children, three have stayed in Zambia, he has 12 grandchildren). Robin Hammond / NOOR
