Lifting of a goods wagon with bulk cargo by two hoisting cranes in Odessa port in 1998. On the 9th of October, 2006 Ukrainain grain association announced about the complete stop of import from Ukraine because of the licence non-granting. As a result there are motor ship standstill, queues of grain wagons in Ukrainian ports. Every day Ukrainain companies meet material losses because of punitive measures. At the same time grain associations announced it was impossible to get information where first licenses could be issued.
