The restored tea clipper, the Cutty Sark is boarded by its royal visitor Queen Elizabeth II, who 'opened' the ship at her permanent berth near the National Maritime Museum at Greenwich, London. The Queen, who was accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh went aboard the clipper and made a tour of the ship. Cutty Sark, once the fastest ship on the China run, has been laid up as a tribute to the Merchant Navy and the days of sail.
