Less than half of the people aboard this flight had been convicted of criminal charges. This 737 is one of 10 aircraft in ICE's chartered fleet of aircraft and 29,000 immigrants were deported from Alexandria in the prior year, one of five hubs that ICE operates around the country. Guatemala is the top foreign destination for ICE Air.
