Juan Lopez, 40, pictured April 27, 1958, is the owner of the candy store in New York City's Bronx in which a youth gang killing took place the night of April 26. The victim, Michael Ramos, was killed by a shotgun blast as he sat with three youths in the store. Ramos was a witness for the prosecution in the Michael Farmer murder trial.
