(FILES) In this file photo taken on August 30, 1972 a police officer is given a bottle of talcum powder, in front of the Le Havre police station. - "The Morhange talc affair", mistakenly containing a powerful bactericide, broke out on August 24, 1972 and caused a scandal with the death of 36 babies and the poisoning of dozens of others. The latter suffer from "lower educational capacities", particularly in the acquisition of language, reading and memorization. Among the 204 victims identified, some are still seriously disabled.
