Ghana, the world's second largest cocoa producer, is looking to diversify its economy. Cocoa, Ghana's biggest agricultural export, brings in crops twice a year - but rubber trees can always be tapped. For decades, Ghana's agriculture exports have relied on cocoa, which is a good earner, bringing in $1.77 billion in 2017 and supplying nearly a fifth of global cocoa bean supply.
