March 14, 2016 - Space - The ESA ExoMars 2016 probe (artist's impression) lifted off on a Proton-M rocket from Baikonur, Kazakhstan at 09:31 GMT. ESA ExoMars Trace Gas Orbiter will search for evidence of methane and other atmospheric gases that could be signatures of active biological or geological processes on Mars.
