Hajro Mulic is rushed into Sarajevo's Kosevo Hospital by a nurse and French U.N. medical personnel, Tuesday, Feb. 7, 1995, after his car blew up on a tank mine while he was trying to take a shortcut instead of the crowded road going to Sarajevo through the U.N. controlled airport. Four people were injured in the blast. Since Monday, Civilians have been allowed to travel in and out of Sarajevo through the U.N.-controlled airport. In two days, an estimated 3,000 people have used the route. Another car followed Mulic's onto the mined road but stopped in time when the passengers saw Mulic?s car blow up.
