A 60-ton truck, said to be the world's biggest, was heaved by a crane in Frankfurt, Germany, Sept. 9, 1959. It will be on display at the International Frankfurt Auto Saloon from September 17 to 27. The truck is 35 feet long and 16.5 feet high and its engine is 700 horsepower. West German highway police did not allow the truck to be driven over Germany's autobahn because of its weight. The truck is bound for the Sahara desert. (AP Photo)
