** FILE ** Former Pennsylvania state Rep. Thomas Druce leaves the minimum security prison at Laurel Highlands in Somerset, Pa., Dec. 21, 2000. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Thursday, April 29, 2004, upheld the prison sentence of Druce, who pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a 1999 hit-and-run accident that killed a Harrisburg man.
