Within minutes of this image being taken Sunday a suicide bomber blew himself up infront of the officials seen here. A second suicide attacker exploded a bomb at a gathering of the Kurdish Democratic Party also in Irbil on Sunday. Sixty-seven people died in the two bombings. The bomber is not identified.
