Kids In Safety Seats (KISS) is a statewide, non-profit program funded through federal and state grants. Our mission is to reduce injuries and deaths among Maryland's children by helping people to obtain and use child restraints (car seats and booster seats) correctly each time a child rides in a motor vehicle. Hannah Barger, 22 months old from Ridgeley, WV. is T.F.C. Trenton Lewis, Maryland State Police, Cumberland. The event was held at the Country Club Mall, and sponsored by Knippenberg Insurance & The family Junction on March 10, 2012. (AP Photo/Cumberland Times-News, Steven Bittner)
