Tallulah Willis (/ 01.02.2021): exactly one year ago today I became my seafoam fantasy and celebrated my 26th year around the sun. I was swimming in a sea of familiar faces and radiant love energy. I felt honed, and sharpened and ready to take on anew. Having truly no idea what would come only a month later, I look back upon this night of joyous pure celebration with a fondness and stinging nostalgia. I didnt shave my legs, for fear of jinxing meeting a potential special someone on such a significant occasion. I even vowed hours before the party that the after-party within my sheets would be a party of one, no matter how the evening transpired. I released wholly any and all expectation. as Universe is such a tricky little bee-yotch, this night would in fact start a chain reaction to land me directly in the arms of the love of my life. In 2 days I turn 27. Seafoam poofs and platinum slicked hair dos are tokens of memory, the ability to embrace friends in the same manner is regrettably (temporarily) stolen, but the same surrender to what lies ahead perseveres.
