In a photo from the Library of Congress, Harriet Tubman, the abolitionist hero, circa 1860 to 1875. Tubman, a former slave who ferried thousands more to freedom, will replace Andrew Jackson on a redesigned $20 bill, the Treasury Department was to announce on April 20, 2016.
