LOS ANGELES, CA - May 2, 2017: California's emissions standards are higher than most states, which has gone a long way in helping to reduce the infamous smog that cities like Los Angeles were once known for. The Judge Harry Pregerson Interchange is a monster stack interchange of crisscrossing lanes, where the 110 and the 105 meet just south of Downtown Los Angeles. These photos were shot from the Harbor Freeway Metro station, which lies in the middle of it all and provides some public transportation options with bus and metro lines for commuters heading north or south.
