Luu Meng is one of Cambodia's most famous chef's whose grandmother worked in the Kitchen of the Royal Palace. After working abroad for a decade he returned to Cambodia where he opened a series of restaurants most notably Malis. He has worked with Anthony Bourdaine and appeared in an episode of the Gordon Ramsay‚Дфs Great Escape as a guest chef. He has been honoured by the French government with the Ordre National du M?©rite Agricole (National Order of Agricultural Merit).
