On other days, the Rox minor league baseball team have handed out bobble-ankle and bobble-arm dolls. Among the Rox' multitude of promotions, which are at least wildly idiosyncratic if not fully zany, was a race around the bases between a Little Leaguer starting at home plate, and the pile of rocks.
